These Terms govern your use of metis.marketing (the "Site"), operated by Metis Marketing LLC ("Metis"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only phone numbers and contact details that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. You may not use the Site to harass others, trigger calls to numbers that aren't yours, or interfere with the Site's operation.
When you request a demo, an automated AI voice assistant will call the number you provide. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. By opting in, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Metis about your request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Figures shown on the Site (such as response-time or cost improvements) are illustrative and not a guarantee of results. Actual results depend on your market, season, budget, and operations.
Any paid services are governed by a separate agreement or order confirmed with you directly. Advertising spend is billed to your own ad account and is not included in Metis fees unless stated otherwise.
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
