Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026

Metis Marketing LLC ("Metis," "we," "us," or "our") operates metis.marketing and related landing pages (the "Site") on behalf of our HVAC clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or submit a form, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, and any other details you enter into a form, opt-in box, or booking calendar on the Site.
Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general usage data, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Advertising data: if you arrive via a Facebook/Meta or Google ad, we may receive click and conversion data through tracking pixels tied to that ad.
Call data: if you request a demo call, our AI voice assistant will call you; calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiry, place the demo call you requested, schedule a call, or provide the free growth audit you requested.
To contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email about your request or our services.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our marketing.
To measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns.

SMS, Call & Email Consent

If you submit your phone number or email through a form on this Site, you consent to receive calls (including automated AI-voice calls), text messages (SMS), and emails from Metis Marketing LLC regarding your inquiry and related services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to receive calls, texts or emails is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and pixels (including the Meta/Facebook Pixel and similar tools) to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

Service providers that help us operate the Site and handle your request, such as our website host (Cloudflare), scheduling provider (Calendly), AI voice and telephony providers (Vapi, Twilio), and email provider (Microsoft).
Advertising platforms (such as Meta/Facebook and Google), in aggregated or hashed form, to measure and improve ad performance.
Our HVAC clients, when your inquiry is intended for a specific client business.
Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
